摘要
对热轧6A盘条的成分、氧化皮形貌和组成结构,以及盘条自腐蚀电位等进行了分析,确定了盘条氧化皮厚且易剥落是造成盘条易锈蚀的主要原因。生产工艺试验发现,调整精轧后的冷却速度和吐丝温度,可以生产出氧化皮结合力好而致密、耐腐蚀性较高且力学性能合格的盘条。研究结果表明,生产过程中获得较薄且致密的氧化皮是提高热轧盘条防锈蚀性的有效途径。
This paper analyzes the composition of hot-rolled 6A wire rod, oxide morphology and structure, as well as the self-corrosive potential of wire rod, and determines thicker rod oxide and easy peeling off which are the main reason of wire rod corrosion. Production tests show that, adjusting the cooling rate and spinning temperature after finish rolling, can produce corrosion resistance, mechanical properties qualified wire rod, oxide of wire rod has good and tight adhesive power. The researching results make known, to obtain the thin and dense oxide in the production process is effective way to enhance anti-corrosion properties of hot-rolled wire rod.
