摘要
结合梅钢1 422 mm热轧机卷取温度控制的实际情况,对现有CTC模型存在的不足进行了分析,提出了优化CTC模型族的划分、层流冷却控制方式以及精轧机组轧制速度等,从而提高了轧线的卷取温度控制精度,尤其提高了卷取目标温度差异大的温度控制精度。
United the actual situation of coiling temperature controlling for Meigang 1 422 mm hot-rolling mill, analyzes the shortcoming to available CTC pattern, proposes dividing to optimizate CTC pattern, the laminar flow cooling controlling way along with finish rolling set rolling velocity and so on, thereby enhances the controlling accuracy of the coiling temperature, especially increases the temperature controlling accuracy of a great different coiling target temperature.
