黔东南州正在进行生态文明试验区建设,其目的是实现经济可持续发展及人与自然的和谐共生。而"飞地"经济能够使资源得到合理配置和高效利用,实现经济发展与环境保护并重、经济与社会统筹发展。夏蓉高速公路贵广段和贵广快速铁路(简称快速通道)正在建设中,这将为黔东南州经济发展带来巨大的历史机遇。黔东南州快速通道地区要抓住此次机遇,积极发展"飞地"经济。

Qiandongnan experimental area of eco-civilization construction is in the way of progress, which aims to achieve sustainable economic development and harmonious coexistence between human beings and nature. The ＂enclave economy＂ can make full use of resources to achieve both economic development ＆ environmental protection and economic development ＆ social co-ordination. With further forward the western development strategy, XiaRong Expressway GuiGuang High Speed Rail （ called as ＂Fast Track＂ in short） is now under construction, which will bring great historical opportunity for economic development in Qiandongnan. Therefore, this area should seize the opportunity to develop ＂enclave economy＂.
