摘要
我国的社区矫正试行工作虽然取得一定成效,但还存在许多问题。为解决问题提出行之有效的建议,完善有关法律规范,健全监督执行机构,对于我国的社区矫正制度的具体操作执行和健康发展具有重要的意义。
Some progress have been made in community correction, but many problems remain to be solved in China. This paper proposed some suggestions on improving of relevant laws and setting up supervision and auditing mechanisms which may have significance in implement and development of community correction in China.
