摘要
"海选"一词产生于20世纪90年代初中国农村"村官"的选举中。近些年来,新闻报道、网络论坛,甚至学术论文和学术专著等各种文字载体均出现了"海选"一词"繁殖"现象,并呈现有增无减势头。从认知语言学角度来看,这是一种隐喻现象,通过从隐喻工作机制和过程来诠释和论证这一现象,以探索"海选"一词的形成和发展。同时根据映射过程中信息的选择性特点,对"海选"三个使用阶段作了说明。
The expression "mass election" originated in Chinese "country officer" election in 1990s. Nowaday, it is found in almost all written media of Chinese such as news releases, websites, as well as research papers and monographs. The phenomenon is more than popular but in a way of being proliferation and abusing. In the perspective of cognitive linguistics, the paper argued that it was a metaphoric, and made an attempt to explore the formation and development of the metaphoric phenomenon on the basis of metaphor work mechanism. Finally, the paper explained the three usage stages of "mass election".
