摘要
随着我国高等教育事业的发展和国外先进教育理念的传入,学生对教师教学的评价在教师评价体系中占据着越来越重要的位置。但不可否认的是,这种评价方式还存在着较大的偏差,这种偏差是如何产生、它的表现是什么?文章就围绕这些问题进行阐述和分析,并提出降低评价偏差的对策与方法。
With the development of higher education in our country and the introduction of foreign ad- vanced educational conviction, students' evaluation to teachers' instructions plays more and more important role in the system of teachers' evaluation. However, there are still some deviations in the method of the evaluation. What caused the deviations? What's the expression? The paper made an analysis on these problems. Finally, the countermeasures and methods on lowering the deviations of evaluation were put forward.
