Recently, banking loan has become the major construction funds for many colleges and universities, which cause them facing enormous risks when its debt growing bigger and bigger during this process. This article began with how it caused and analyzed its impact on the development of colleges and universities, then reminded them of the debt risks and discussed some effective measures to prevent and remove the risks.
