摘要
伴随着中国房地产市场日趋激烈的竞争态势,房地产广告将面临巨大的机遇和挑战。分析中国房地产广告现存的在用词、创意、虚假承诺、图像、概念炒作等几大方面的问题,在此基础上提出了房地产广告应采取的对策。
Real estate advertising will face great challenges and chances due to the more intensified competition in Chinese real estate market. In this article, several problems with Chinese real estate advertising are presented such as wording, creativity, false commitment, image, and media hype. Then solutions to such problems are provided.
