员工援助计划(EAP)进入中国本土企业和组织已将近10年,根据自身多年在企业的EAP培训经验,以EAP服务流程为主线,从组织、EAP服务提供商和EAP质量鉴定机构三个角度探讨适合中国本土企业和组织的EAP服务体系。
There are nearly 10 years that home enterprises or organizations have introduced employee assistance program (EAP) in China. Based on experience which provided EAP servings for years in enterprises, the EAP serving - system is discussed by following EAP - serving flow which adapts to home enterprises and organization from three perspectives : organization, EAP serving - provider and serving - authenticator.
