大学生就业价值取向调查研究

On Investigation of College Students' Employment Value Orientation

通过问卷调查,发现当代大学生在就业价值取向方面有如下特点:就业主体意识自我化,突出个人价值,淡化社会价值;就业标准趋向现实化,以个人发展为取向,以经济利益为保障;就业价值取向呈现功用化、多元化和矛盾化;就业观趋于相对成熟,择业态度主动自信,注重自身职业能力锻炼。

There＇ re following characteristics in college students＇ employment value orientation： the employment subject consciousness goes to egoism, highlighting individual value and fading social value;employment standards tends to actualization, orienting individuanl development, and making economic benefits as security ; the employment value orientations present fuction, diversification and contradictions ; the values of employment tend to relative maturity ; the attitude of choosing career appears active and self - confidence and focusing on the practice of their own vocational ability.
