卧谈会是宿舍文化建设的重要组成部分。在卧谈会上,同学们通过发泄得到他人的认同和自我肯定,从而＂实现归属和爱的需要＂;通过辩论、探讨使大家认同自己的思想认识,从而＂实现被尊重的需要＂。因此,卧谈会对大学生的心理抚慰和价值取向起着举足轻重的作用。

Dormitory talks are an important part of dormitory culture construction. In dormitory talks students have the endorsement of other people and serf- assurance by means of expressing their emotions to ＂realize the need for belonging and love＂, have others agree with their thinking and understanding by means of debate and exploration to ＂realize the implementation needs to be respected＂. Therefore, dormitory talks play an important role in psychological comfort and value orientation of students.
