摘要
SPARC是1997年由美国一些研究型图书馆为了在科技期刊出版市场上恢复竞争性平衡而创立的一个组织,10余年来,通过它陆续开展的一系列项目,在学术交流领域取得了突出的成就。简述了SPARC的概况以及它的各项出版合作项目,最后分析了它在开放存取运动中的贡献。
SPARC, an organization built by some research libraries of the United States to correct imbalances in the scholarly publishing system, has achieved great success in the decade. The general situation and its publisher partners are introduced in the article. Finally, its contributions in OA movement are pointed out.
