摘要
管理是一种相机抉择行为。我国高校图书馆的图书编目工作质量管理是一种非赢利组织的管理行为,不能简单套用企业的管理方式。众多主客观因素制约了编目工作质量,实施ISO全面质量管理必须超越传统的"质量检验"和"统计质量验收"管理层次,真正把全员参与落到实处,改进编目规则,创新编目工作方式与编目岗位管理方式,试行图书馆服务质量周期评介制度和终身学习制度。
Management is a kind of discretion under rule frame. Unlike business management, quality control of cataloging in university library should adopt some new rules and systems, basing on of the unprofitable nature, social surrounding and the inner elements of librarian.
