图书馆管理需要改革和发展,绩效管理作为一种有效的管理思想和管理方式应引入图书馆管理中。在分析绩效管理在图书馆管理中的应用基础、应用条件和应用方式的基础上,提出了绩效管理在图书馆管理中的应用策略。

Library management needs to reform and development, performance management as an effective management idea and management method should be leaded into the library management. On the basis of application foundation, application condition and application form, which is the analysis of performance management in library management, this paper proposed the performance management in the library management anolication strategy.
