摘要
由场积分获取直角弯曲微带线上的电流和不同路径上的电压,并将其代入广义传输线方程得到相应的分布电路参数。分析了电压路径选取对分布电路参数的影响,并从电磁理论的角度分析产生该影响的原因。对微带线拐角处不同路径的电压进行插值,得到用广义传输线方程求解直角弯曲微带线结构的最佳电压提取路径。
First bend microstrip ly,voltages of different paths and the currents on the right-angle line are obtained by integrating field results, and the corresponding distributed circuit parameters are extracted by substituting the voltages and cur- rents into the generalized transmission line equation. Secondly, the influences on the distributed circuit parameters by choosing different voltage paths are analyzed, and the reasons of these influences are found out from the view of the electromag- netic field theory. Finally, the optimal voltage extraction path on the bend microstrip line used in solving generalized transmission line equation is obtained by interpolating the voltage of different paths at the bend microstrip corner.
