摘要
采用3,5-二硝基水杨酸法、2,6-二氯酚靛酚法及高效液相色谱法等方法测定了木瓜中糖、维生素C、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、多酚、三萜酸等的含量,结果表明:在测定的3个品种中,打通天星木瓜品种糖含量在发育过程中不断增加,成熟时总糖和还原糖含量分别达到129.03 mg/g,52.32 mg/g鲜质量;大罗老木瓜多酚含量呈下降趋势,从生长早期的133.22 mg/g鲜质量,降至成熟时的0.37 mg/g鲜质量;打通下沟木瓜品种糖、维生素C、三萜酸含量呈现上升的趋势,且营养丰富,具有较好的开发潜力.
To investigate the changes in the content of nutrients of papaya (Chaenomeles sinensis Koehne) during its growth period in Qijiang, Chongqing, 3,5-dinitrosalicylic acid (DNS) method, 2,6-dichlorophe- nolindo phenol (DCPIP) method and high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) were used to analyze the contents of sugar, vitamin C, superoxide dismutase (SOD) and triterpenic acid in the fruit of three varieties, Datong Tianxing, Daluo and Datong Xiagou. The results showed that the contents of sugar in Datong Tianxing papaya increased rapidly, and its total sugar and reducing sugar were 129. 03 and 52. 32 mg/g FW, respectively, at maturation. The level of polyphenol in Daluo papaya declined from 133.22 mg/g FW at the early growth period to 0.37 mg/g FW at the maturation stage. Datong Xiagou papaya was shown to have a promising potential for exploitation owing to its abundant nutrients and pharmaceutical ingredients, and its sugar, vitamin C, polyphenols, amino acids, oleanolic acid and ursolic acid increased with the growth of the plant.
