城市综合承载力评价研究——以成渝经济区为例

Evaluation of the Comprehensive Carrying Capacity of Cities

为了使城市的发展更加合理,建立城市综合承载力评价指标体系,分析寻找提高承载力的有效措施,通过对成渝经济区评价,指出水资源是影响成渝经济区发展的主要因素,综合承载力的高低与城市规模不成正比.提出优化综合承载力结构,发挥整体优势;因市制宜,提高综合承载力;合理引导资源需求,建设节约型城市等措施来提高成渝经济区综合承载力.

In order to rationalize urban development, the author of this paper establishes a comprehensive evaluation index system of carrying capacity in cities in an attempt to take effective measures to improve the carrying capacity. Based on an evaluation of the Chengdu-Chongqing Economic Zone, the paper points out that the limited water resources are a major factor affecting the development of the Chengdu- Chongqing Economic Zone and that the comprehensive carrying capacity of a city is not proportional to its scale. Finally, the paper argues that in order to improve the comprehensive carrying capacity in Chengdu-Chongqing Economic Zone, we should optimize the structure of its carrying capacity, bring into play its integral advantage, guide the resource requirements in a reasonable way and build conservation-oriented cities.
