基于统筹城乡发展的土地资源优化配置研究——以重庆市长寿区为例

Research on Optimal Allocation of Land Resources Based on Coordinative Urban-Rural Development——A Case Study of Changshou District in Chongqing Municipality

以重庆市长寿区为例,从土地资源优化配置目标出发,采用灰色线性规划方法得出土地资源优化配置方案;构建全区土地资源宏观分区,包括城市发展核心区、城镇综合拓展区、现代生态农业区、旅游休闲观光区和生态屏障保护区;研究提出优化配置长寿区土地资源,促进统筹城乡发展的政策建议.

Taking Changshou District in Chongqing Municipality as an object, the paper establishes the optimal allocation configuration of land resources by grey linear program based on analyses of optimal allocation target of land resources. Then it constructs a macro division of Changshou District, including core urban development region, comprehensive expansive town region,modern ecological agriculture region,tourism and leisure region, and ecological barrier protecting region. Finally, policy options and recommendations to optimize land resources and promote coordinative urban-rural development are proposed.
