浅谈园林工程计价技巧

Valuation of Garden Engineering

园林绿化企业日益增多,企业的竞争日趋剧烈。园林施工企业既要编制出适合本企业的的竞标报价,又要控制好工程的各项成本,对于工程计价中要注意"两算"进行对比、注重工程量签证等。笔者对园林工程计价中如何提高企业利润,作了深入的研究和探讨。

The competitions become stronger and stronger with the increasing of the landscape enterprises.Therefore,the enterprises must give consideration to both of the bid price and the cost of garden engineering.The construction budget and the working drawing estimate are compared.The confirmation of quantities of works is emphasized.In this paper,the maximization and the improvement of the profit of the enterprise in the valuation of garden engineering were discussed.
