摘要
文章研究了不同浓度IBA(3-吲哚丁酸)处理对红粉撲花二年生插条的生根效应。结果表明:不同浓度IBA处理对红粉撲花插枝生根的影响不同;不同处理时间,对生根效果的影响也有差异,200 mg.kg-1IBA处理1 h的效果最好,生根率达到86.2%,生根效果指数平均值达1.31。
The influence of IBA（Indole 3-Butyic Acid） with various concentrations and treatment time on rooting of 2-year Calliandra emarginata cuttings were studied.The result indicated that different concentrations of IBA and treatment time had different effect on rooting of C.emarginata.Treatment of 200 mg·kg-1 IBA for an hour induced the best rooting effect,which had 86.2% rooting rate.Its average root effect index was 1.31.
