摘要
在２０多年中追朔了水平地壳应力的来源，从中发现了《地球动力合成作用原理》。
According to a lot of field investigations and research about the resources of tevel tectonic stress,the earth dynamics theory was discovered by the author.In this paper,the qeological hazards and their mechanics were discussed based on the earth dynamics thcory.
