摘要
科学技术的进步与创新在加快转变经济发展方式、促进产业结构调整升级、推动经济社会又好又快发展中发挥着重要作用。本文分析了金融支持西安市科技自主创新的现状及存在的问题,并就如何发挥金融对科技自主创新的促进作用,从完善和优化科技自主创新的银行间接服务体系、构建多层次的直接融资服务体系、完善创业风险投资服务体系和金融服务网络体系等方面提出了有针对性的对策建议。
Progress and innovation of the scientific and technology play an important role in speeding up the transformatlon ot economic growth, boosting industrial structure adjustment and upgrading, and promoting sound and fast economic and social development. This paper analyzes the current situation and existing problems in financial supporting to Xi＇an science and technology innovation and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions on how to bring finance into full play in scientific and technological innovation, such as improving and optimizing service system of indirect bank, building multi-level direct financing service system, and improving the service system of venture investment and financial services network system.
