动态棒系统固定腰椎后的实验性生物力学评价 被引量:2

摘要 目的:评价动态棒系统(IsobarTM)固定后腰椎稳定性,并与传统方法比较。方法:取小牛腰椎标本L2~5节段8具。每一个运动节段按以下5个状态测试:完整状态(正常对照组)、半失稳(剔除所有的韧带、黄韧带、关节囊和小关节)、IsobarTM动态固定状态、全失稳状态(全椎板切除术)、椎弓根螺钉固定状态。每一个运动节段都在运动测试仪上连续测试压缩、屈曲/后伸、侧弯。结果:植入IsobarTM系统的失稳节段可以提供在屈曲、后伸或轴向旋转方向上与完整节段同样的稳定性(P>0.05)。全失稳和半失稳状态的脊柱同植入IsobarTM系统相比有明显的失稳状态(P<0.01)。动态棒固定系统可以使半失稳的运动节段回复到同完整运动节段相同的运动范围(P>0.05)。结论:IsobarTM device动态棒系统不仅可以为椎板部分切除术时植入后提供良好的即时稳定性,而且也可以维持腰椎部分的活动度。
