磁敏感加权成像在腔隙性脑梗死诊断中的初步应用 被引量:2

摘要 目的:分析磁敏感加权成像(susceptibility weighted imaging,SWI)在腔隙性脑梗死中的应用价值。方法:应用SiemensTrio Tim3.0T MR扫描仪,头部线圈,MRI序列包括T1WI、T2WI及SWI横断面。搜集2008年2月~7月间254例(男144,女110例,平均年龄65.5岁)常规MRI诊断为腔隙性脑梗死的患者资料。SWI主要成像参数如下:TR27ms,TE20ms,FA20°,层厚1.5mm,矩阵182×256,FOV172mm×230mm,iPAT为2,扫描时间为2′59″,横断面采集图像。结果:254例中SWI发现24.4%脑内微出血,而常规MRI(T1WI、T2WI)仅发现5.9%脑出血,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。SWI显示男女分别为女性35.4%及10.0%的微出血,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:SWI较常规MRI更易发现脑内出血性病灶,为腔隙性梗死诊断及治疗提供了新的有价值的信息,可作为常规MRI的有益补充。
