摘要
从满足区域卫生信息化建设需要出发,阐述了医院对现有医疗服务流程再造的主要做法及取得的成效,并对区域医疗服务新模式下的医疗监管方式、参与方的权利与义务及网络与信息安全等方面进行了探讨。
It is described that major practice and achievements of reengineering of existing hospital services from the meet the needs of construction of regional health information. And it is probed the supervision and management mode,rights and obligations of participants,network and information security and other issues under the model of regional medical services.
