Integration and Utilization of Clinical Medical Data Resources

对我国临床数据资源现状进行调研,分析了研究型科室对临床数据资源的需求,总结研究型结构化电子病历、疾病数据集和专科数据库的建设经验;提出建设为研究型科室服务的临床数据中心的构想。建议加强临床数据资源整合,规范临床数据资源存储,建立运行服务机制,促进临床数据资源有效利用。

The status of the clinical medical data resources of China has been analyzed, and the demand for research- typed department for clinical data resources has been proposed; The experience of constructing research-typed and structured electronic medical record, data sets of various diseases and databases of specialized subjects has been summarized; and the conception of establishing a clinical data center targeting a research-typed service for specialized subjects has been brought forward. It is suggested that the integration of clinical data resources be strengthened, the storage of clinical data resources be standardized, and the operation service mechanism be created, in order to promote the effective use of clinical data resources.
