摘要
本文依据近年来１∶５万区域地质调查资料及科研成果对江西北武夷地区中深变质岩地层划分对比、地层时代及变质作用等几个问题进行了论述，认为该区中深变质地层与赣中南浅变质地层为加里东造山期同质异相的产物，变质地层形成时代为中元古代—晚震旦世，变质时代为晚震旦世—晚泥盆世，并可进一步划分为早、中、晚３个变质阶段。
Based on data collected from 1∶50000 regional geological survey and research results in recent years, this paper deals with those problems which have excited much controversy concerned with the mesometamorphic rock series in the northern Wuyi area of Jiangxi, such as the stratigraphic classification and correlation, and ages of strata and metamorphism. The author holds that the moderately metamorphosed strata of this area and the slightly metamorphosed strata in south-central Jiangxi are both products of the Caledonian orogeny, although they have different metamorphic facies. The age of the strata is Middle Proterozoic-Late Sinian and the age of metamorphism is Late Sinian-Late Devonian. The metamorphism can be further differentiated into early, middle and late stages.
