天然乳胶避孕套在老化温度下爆破性能的研究

摘要 目的:比较50℃和70℃两种老化温度下避孕套爆破性能的变化情况,探讨更为适宜的避孕套加速老化试验条件。方法:在试验周期内,定期从50℃和70℃老化试验箱中随机取10只避孕套进行爆破试验,以爆破压力与爆破体积为检测指标。结果:50℃和70℃下,避孕套爆破压力均随老化时间的延长而下降,但下降的趋势与幅度差别较大;50℃下老化239d后避孕套爆破体积未出现明显下降,70℃下则在7d后持续下降,35d时下降率达36.1%。结论:两种老化温度下避孕套失效机制存在差异,需要进一步探讨和选择更为合适的加速老化试验方法,以提高估测避孕套储存期的可信度。 Objective:To compare burst properties of natural latex rubber condoms at aging temperature of 50℃ and 70℃,and explore the proper conditions of accelerated-aging test for condoms. Methods: In test cycle,10 condoms were randomly taken from aging oven of 50℃ and 70℃ at fixed periods,and they were tested to monitor the burst pressure and volume. Results: At 50℃ and 70℃,the burst pressure of condoms dropped with the aging-time extended,but the descend trend was different. The burst volume of condoms showed no significant change after aged for 239 days at 50℃; however,aged at 70℃,the burst volume declined continuously after 7 days,and the decline rate was 36.1% by 35 days. Conclusion: Failure mechanism of condoms aged at 50℃ and 70℃ is probably different. An optimum combination of accelerated-aging temperature and time to predict shelf life of condoms is expected.
