育龄初婚夫妇生育能力影响因素分析

Study on fecundity of the couples at childbearing age during their first marriage

目的:了解育龄初婚夫妇的生育能力,并探讨相关影响因素。方法:调查广东省2007年初婚的13189对夫妇在婚后两年期间的孕育情况,运用生存分析法进行分析。结果:夫妇逐月妊娠概率为:1月18.66%,12月86.00%,24月92.07%。≥35岁妇女的逐月累积妊娠概率均低于<35岁的各年龄段(P=0.006);初潮每迟来1年,妊娠概率下降为原来的0.977倍(95%CI:0.960～0.994);月经周期规则者的妊娠机会是不规则者的1.269倍(95%CI:1.145～1.407);月经量中等者妊娠概率是量多或少组的1.100倍(95%CI:1.035～1.170)。结论:与生育力紧密相关的因素包括育龄妇女年龄、月经初潮年龄、月经情况、妇女受教育程度以及生活居住地区等。相对其他因素,妇女的生物性因素是影响生育力的更重要因素。而男性有关因素本次未发现。

Objective：To know fecundity of the couples at childbearing age during their first marriage and explore the relevant influencing factors. Methods：The survival analysis methods were applied to analyze the information about fertility status of 13 189 couples married in 2007 during their first two-year marriage in Guangdong Province. Results：The cumulative probability of conception of the couples at one,twelve and twenty-four month（s） was estimated as 18.66%,86.00% and 92.07% respectively. The monthly cumulative probability of conception of the couples with the wives not younger than 35 was significantly lower（P=0.006）;the cumulative pregnancy rate decreased by 2.3% （95% CI： 0.960-0.994） with the increase of women′s age at first menstruation; the pregnancy rate of those wives with regular menstruation was 1.269（95%CI： 1.145-1.407）times as that with irregular ones,and the pregnancy rate of those with moderate vaginal bleeding was 1.100（95% CI： 1.035-1.170） times as those with more or less vaginal bleeding. Conclusion：The factors significantly related to the couples′ fecundity include the wife′s age and her menstruation status,educational level of the wife and the region the couples living in. Furthermore,female biological factors have more significant effects on fecundity of the couples. And husband-related factors are not founded.
