摘要
目的探讨超普疝修补装置(Uhrapro Hermia System,UHS)在腹股沟疝无张力修补中的优势和应用价值。方法回顾性分析应用美国强生公司生产的超普疝修补装置(UHS)在2007年3月至2009年3月对78例腹股沟疝进行修补的临床资料。结果本文72例患者行78例腹股沟疝修补,原发性67例,斜疝45例次,直疝16例次,斜疝合并直疝6例次,多发性疝11例,均为单侧。传统疝修补术后复发8例,无张力修补术后复发3例。78例次手术时间25~55min,平均32min,全部病例均保持随访,随访时间12~32个月,平均24个月。术后切口疼痛25例,阴囊积液4例。未观察到切口感染,复发,异物不适感,睾丸萎缩,射精痛及慢性疼痛等并发症。结论植入超普疝修补装置可以减少对腹部顺应性的限制,提供足够抗张力强度,减轻机体异物反应,减低皱缩程度,更好与组织融合,是目前腹股沟疝修补的理想装置。
Objective To evaluate the role of Uhrapro Hernia System in inguinal hernioplasty. Methods The clinical data from 78 inguinal hernia patients undergoing inguinal hernioplasty by using Uhrapro Hernia System, during the period from March 2007 to March 2009, were retrospectively analyzed. Results A total of 72 patients with 78 inguinal hernias were enrolled into this study. There were 67 primary hernias, 45 oblique hernias, 16 direct hernia, 6 primary and oblique hernias, and 11 multiple hernia. All were unilateral. The time was about from 25 to 55 min. The average time of operation was 32 min. All the patients had been followed-up for 12 to 32 months( average 24 months). The post-operative complications occurred in 25 cases of local pain, 4 cases of scrotum edema. No infection, hernia recurrence, feeling of foreign body, testis cular atrophy, pain during ejaculation and chronic pain in the inguinal area had been observed. Conclusion Ultrapro Hernia System demonstrates the following advantages: reducing the limit of abdominal wall adaptability, providing enough tensile strength, reducing foreign body reaction and wrinkles of the mesh and making good bioeompatibility.
