前列腺增生及其合并症同期手术体会

目的探讨前腺增生及列其合并症同期手术的可能性。方法对47例前列腺增生合并膀胱肿瘤、膀胱结石、腹股沟疝、混合痔的患者进行同期手术治疗，并将临床资料进行回顾性总结。结果随访47例，膀胱结石、腹股沟疝、混合痔的患者无复发，1例膀胱肿瘤患者于术后11个月复发，但复发部位不在前列腺腺窝及后尿道。结论经尿道等离子前列腺电切术（PKRP）治疗前列腺增生的同时同期手术治疗其合并症是安全有效的。
