CT导向氩氦刀冷冻治疗98例肺癌探讨

CT guided cryoablation treatment of 98 cases of lung cancer

目的 探讨氩氦刀冷冻治疗肺癌的疗效价值。方法对98例肺癌在CT引导下使用氩氦超导手术系统反复冷冻升温使其肿瘤组织坏死。结果98例患者中冷冻率70％以上，1个月后CT复查肿瘤坏死率达到56％～70％。结论氩氦刀冷冻治疗是目前治疗肺癌的有效方法之一。

Objective To evaluate the curative effect of liver cancer traated by AHCS （argon-helium cryosurgery system）. Methods 98 cases who suffered from liver cancer had undergone creotherapy by CT-guided AHCS,the parenchyma of the tumors had been frozen and heated repertedly for many times in heated repeatedly for many times in order to make them necrotized. Results In 96 cases with liver cancer the freezing rates all reached over 70%. Following-up after one month, the tumor necrosis rates were found ranging about 50-70% . Conclusion AHCS is currently one of the effective methods of lung palliative therapy in lung cancer.
