我院围术期预防感染抗菌药物使用调查分析

目的分析我院围术期预防感染抗菌药物使用情况，为临床合理用药提供参考。方法采用回顾性调查分析方法，抽取我院2010年1季度围术期预防感染病历500份，根据卫生部《抗菌药物临床应用指导原则》、药品说明书及文献资料，对有关数据进行评估分析。结论我院围术期预防感染抗菌药物使用率偏高，不合理用药情况依然存在，应引起临床医师和药师的重视。

Objective To anzlyzing use of antibacterial drugs for the inpatients to prevent infection in perioperative period, the basis for the scientific management are provided. Methods A retrospective analysis was used. The statistics concerned on the 500 patients randomly selected from the inpatients using the antimicrobial drugs in the first quarter in 2010 were assessed, according to ＂guiding principles of clinical use of antibacterial drugs＂ , manuals and documentary materials. Conclusion The application frequency of preventing infection in perioperative period is on the high side and the utilization of antibacterials in our hospital is somewhat irrational which thus call for attention of both clinicians and pharmacists.
