摘要
用镍坩埚代替银坩埚,氢氧化钠熔融分解试样。分取两份试液,一份在pH>13的条件下,预先加入适量氟化钾抑制硅的干扰,以三乙醇胺掩蔽铁铝。用CMP混合指示,EDTA标准溶液滴定钙;另一份在pH=10的条件下,用酸性铬蓝K——萘酚绿B混合指示剂,EDTA标准溶液滴定钙镁含量,差减法求得镁的含量。
A method of determining the construction lime is proposed.In this method silver crucible is replaced by nickel crucible and NaOH is used to melt and resolve the testing sample.Certain amount of KF is chosen to inhibit the interference of silicon in the condition of alkali agent(pH>13) and triethanolamine is used to cover the ferroaluminium.Then the mass fraction of Ca and Mg in the construction lime can be determined by mean of EDTA titration.This method is of high precision and low cost and the effect is satisfactory in the special quality test of construction lime for construction trade.
