摘要
本文研究了在酸性硫脲浸出液中活性炭回收金的工艺过程,实验表明,在该浸出液中活性炭对金具有较高的吸附速度、吸附率和吸附容量并易于解吸。
In this paper the process of gold adsorption by activated carbon from thiourea leach solution has been studied.Some technological parameters of gold adsorption such as adsorption rate,capacity and adsorption isotherms and so on have been experimentally investigated.The results show that the maximum adsorption capacity of gold can be up to 26.5 kg/t at 2 g/L activated carbon concentration with the solution containing 30 mg/L Au,10 g/L thioureu and pH=1.0.High activated carbon concentration increases the adsorption rate but decreases the adsorption capacity of gold.Recorery of 99% Au has been attained after a two stage continual adsorption at 4 g/L activated carbon concentration.The desorption data shows that the desorption rate of gold can approach 99% when the desorption solution contains φ(C 2H 5OH),50% and ρ(NaOH) ,50g/L and the temperature is 90℃.
