洁悠神长效抗菌剂治疗小腿郁积性溃疡的护理体会

Nursing experience of application of Jieyoushen Long-effective Bacteriostasis in ulcer cruris

目的 探索应用洁悠神长效抗菌剂治疗小腿郁积性溃疡的临床护理经验。方法将64例小腿郁积性溃疡，随机分组，治疗组清洁创面直接喷洒洁悠神长效抗菌剂，待干燥形成一层透明薄膜后，外加无菌纱布，每日换药2次。对照组给予凡士林油纱条，再外用无菌纱布，每日换药2次。观察12周对比创面愈合面积及疼痛等情况。结果治疗组痊愈15例（46．88％），显效11例（34．37％），有效6例（18．75％），无效0例（0．oo％），总有效率81．25％；对照组痊愈5例（15．62％），显效6例（18．75％），有效12例（37．50％），无效9例（28．13％），总有效率37．37％。结论洁悠神长效抑菌剂在治疗小腿溃疡可以隔离创面、促创面愈合的作用，患者耐受性好、使用方便值得临床推广使用。

Objective To investigate the practical values of the treatment of Jieyoushen Long-effective Bacteriostasis in ulcer cruris. Methods 64 cases of ulcer eruris patient were treated with Jieyoushen and Fanshilin by random experiments. Each case was treated twice every day and was observed 12 weeks. Results 15cases of them were healed completely well and 11 cases improved. The total effective rate was 81.25% in group with Jieyoushen and was 37.37% in group with Fanshilin. Conclusion The treatment was safe and effective with Jieyoushen Long-effective Bacteriostasis in ulcer cruris. It could also improve the restoration of a wound and utmost in convenience.
