In this paper a brief introduction to the environmental geology of Xiamen city is given,including geology,geomorphology,notectonic movements,slope stability,foundation,mineral resources,geothermal resources and tour resources.The Xiamen Island is a coastal garden like city with scenic beauty and pleasant climate.
