近年来,围绕破解"三农"问题,河南省在挖掘农业自身增收潜力的同时,用工业理念发展农业,有力地推动了河南农业的发展。新形势下推进河南现代农业发展,除了政府政策推动、农村自身改造外,还需要借鉴发达国家发展现代农业的理念和做法,坚持开放理念,深化农村综合改革,走农业产业化经营之路,走科技兴农之路,走可持续发展之路。

In recent years,aiming at dealing with issues concerning ＂agriculture,farmers and countryside＂,Henan has been excavating agricultural income potential and applying the ideology of industry to develop agriculture at the same time,which has promoted the development of Henan agriculture greatly.But if we want to promote modern agricultural development under the new situation,besides the promotion of the government policies,the self-transformation of rural areas,we also need to learn from the concept and practice of the developed countries and establish international vision,deepen the comprehensive rural reform,take to agriculture industrialization and promote agriculture by science and technology and keep to sustainable development.
