摘要
不同的教材中关于二极管平衡调制器的分析方法不统一,容易导致学生理解的困惑。笔者在对二极管平衡调制器的电路原理作了深入分析的基础上,提出了利用二极管的线性模型,采用叠加法等效计算二极管平衡调制器的方法,分别计算两种输入信号下的输出响应,从而简化了分析。这种方法可以推广到各种二极管平衡调制电路的分析。
The methods of analyzing diode balanced modulator are not uniform in typical textbooks, these usually make students puzzle. Aiming at these problems, after careful analyzing the principle of diode balanced modulator, and basing on the linear model of the diode and superposition theorem, a new method is presented. In this method, using the equivalent circuit of diode balanced modulator, the output respon- ses under two kinds of inputs can be calculated independently, which is simple and easily for students to understand. This method can be used in other diode modulators.
