摘要
分析了Web2.0条件下的图书馆虚拟参考咨询服务的现状、国内外播客的发展情况及其特点,介绍了几种虚拟参考咨询服务模式,研究了国外图书馆中播客的应用情况,对播客作为图书馆进行虚拟参考咨询服务的一种模式如何开展参考咨询服务进行了探讨。
This paper analyzes the present situation of library＇s virtual reference service model and the current development and features of domestic and foreign podcasts,introduces several virtual reference service models,studies the application of podcast in foreign libraries,and probes into how the library to carry out the virtual reference service by using the podcast being as a model of virtual reference service.
