摘要
高校图书馆具有为教学、科研人员提供资料、信息和咨询的功能外,本身还应有学术功能。从办馆层次、服务质量、图书馆员素质、学术研究等4个方面阐述了应用性科学研究对图书馆建设所起到的作用。
University library should possess the academic function in addition to providing the data,information and reference service for teachers and scientific researchers. This paper expounds the functions of the applicable scientific research in the construction of university library from four aspects of library running level,service quality,librarian quality and academic research.
