摘要
通过问卷方式对北京中小企业知识型员工进行满意度调查,发现影响员工满意度的主要因素有绩效评价、工作本身、领导方式、工作环境等方面,其中绩效评价因素对知识型员工满意度影响最大。
Through the questionnaire survey,this paper makes the investigation on the satisfaction degree of knowledge workers of small and medium-sized enterprises in Beijing City,and finds out that the main factors influencing workers' satisfaction degree include the performance evaluation,work itself,leadership style,and working environment,etc.,in which the performance evaluation is the biggest one for the satisfaction degree of knowledge workers.
