阐述了教学质量全面管理理念的树立以及教学质量标准的确定,提出了构建符合独立学院发展需求的教学质量体系以及保障教学质量的重要手段和措施。
This paper expounds the establishment of the concept of the total quality control（TQC）of teaching and the determination of teaching quality standard,and puts forward some important means and measures for constructing the teaching quality system adapted to the development of independent college and for guaranteeing the teaching quality.
