终身教育已成为一种社会行为和生活方式。论述了高校图书馆拓展社会服务职能的必要性,提出了拓展社会服务职能的具体措施,以期为推动地方经济发挥更大的作用。

The lifelong education has become a kind of social behavior and life style.This paper discusses the necessity of prolonging social service function of university library, and puts forward some concrete measures for prolonging social service function of university library in order to play a more important role in promoting the development of local economy.
