摘要
阐述了电力企业绩效管理中存在的问题,结合电力企业现行战略人力资源管理制度及其企业文化的特征,揭示了战略人力资源管理在影响企业绩效、降低人工成本、改善员工能力、提高员工效率等方面的作用,基于战略人力资源管理与企业绩效管理的相互关系,探讨了如何进一步改进电力企业绩效考核模式的问题。
This paper expounds some problems existing in power enterprise's performance management, and connecting with the features of power enterprise's current human resource management system and enterprise culture, reveals the functions of strategic human resource management in aspects of influencing enterprise performance, reducing labor costs, improving employee competence, and increasing employee efficiency, etc., and based on the relationship between strategic human resource management and enterprise performance management, probes into the problem of how to further improve power enterprise's performance evaluation model.
