摘要
目的探讨更年宁心汤治疗更年期综合征的临床疗效。方法 68例更年期综合征患者随机分为两组,治疗组43例,用更年宁心汤治疗,对照组25例用谷维素20mg,3次/d,维生素B620mg,3次/d,尼尔雌醇片2mg每月1次。结果治疗组有效率86.5%,对照组有效率60%,治疗组疗效优于对照组,停药后复发率治疗组18.1%,明显低于对照组32%。两组血清FSH、LH、E2经统计学处理无显著差异。结论中药更年宁心汤治疗更年期综合征疗效确切。
Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of Gengnianhingxin decoction on menopause syndrome. Methods 68 patients with menopanse syndrome were randomly divided into two groups. In trdatment group （n = 43 ）fengnianningxin decoction was decocted in water fou oral administration, one dose daily. 25 patients in control guoup were treated with western medicine. Results In treatment group the total effection was 86. 5% and in contrll guoup was60%. The treated guoup is better than the control group. On recrudescent frequency the treated guoup （ 18. 1% ）is less than the control guoujp （32%）. The effective rates of the two groups are not significant on FSH,LH,E2. Conclusion Gengnianningxin decoction is effective in treating menopanse syndrome.
