摘要
目的探讨阑尾炎的手术治疗及术后并发症的防治。方法对我院2005年1月至2009年12月306例阑尾炎手术进行回顾性分析。结果本组病例经手术治疗痊愈,无病死率。结论阑尾炎一经确诊,应早期手术。术后并发症经相应处理、二次手术、积极防治,均有满意的疗效。
Objective To intestigate the surgical treatment as well prevention and management of postoperation complications for appendicitis. Methods A total of 306 cases of appendicitis who underwent operation from January 2005 to December 2009 in our hospital were analyzed retrospectively. Results Of the 306 patients were cured by surgical treatment. There was no operative mortality. Conclusion The definete diagnosis of appendicitis is estabhshed, the operation must be as early as performed. Prevention and management of postoperation complications, second operation are hepful obtaining effective treatment.
