摘要
介绍了大连港钢栈桥的结构及所处腐蚀环境,并对其腐蚀与防护状况进行了勘查,发现距海面较近的桥面板下部腐蚀严重。在分析原因的基础上,经实验室加速及现场挂片实验,优选了用于大连港钢栈桥的较好涂装系列及涂装工艺,提出了栈桥维修防护方案,经现场应用效果较好。
In this article the struture of steel landing stage in Dalian harbor is introduced and corrosion condition is detected. The results show that the most corroded area is under the stage board near the sea surface. By means of tests in both laborotory and real environment the long life coating systems and application procedures are selected. They give good result in real use.
