摘要 测量了铬镍钼不锈钢在硫酸溶液中形成的钝化膜的导电性能。结果表明:膜为半导体;膜的导电能力随硫酸浓度和电位的增加而降低,膜的电阻及击穿电压随硫酸浓度和电位的增加而增大。同时。 Abstract ( 1)Electrical measurements were carried out on passive films formed on CrNiMo stainless steel with the film sandwiched between two metallic electrodes. The results show that the passive film grown in H\-2SO\-4 solution at passive region under potentiostatic conditions is a semiconductor. Its conductivity decreascs as both acidic concentration and the passive potential increase,but its resistance and breakdown voltage increase. The thickness and composition of the film were also investigated.
