钢铁常温“四合一”彩膜处理液的研制

Preparation of "4 in One" Colorific Solution for Steel at Room Temperature

以磷酸、氧化锌、成膜剂Ａ、加速剂等为主要原料，制得了一种常温下具有除油、除锈、磷化、钝化等多种功能的钢铁表面处理液，能在钢铁表面形成一层彩色磷化膜。同时，测试了其技术性能。

AbstractA multfunctional '4 in One', degreasing, rust removing, phosphating and passivating,colorific solution with phosphoric acid, zinc oxide, film forming agent A and accelerator as main components has been prepared. The performances of the film were tested and the mechanim was discussed.
